Sometimes a drain simply won't clear or it may clear initially, but the problem keeps occurring. That indicates that there could be something wrong with the drain. Today's technology allows us to send a small mobile camera down even the smallest of drains and receive the pictures immediately, in real-time, through a monitor.
All the footage captured is recorded onto a hard drive and we will provide a video and a report to you as part of our service.

Experience tells us - and as the CCTV camera survey will confirm - that the drain is likely to have misaligned joints, will have cracked, shifted or collapsed. In some cases, these imperfections open up gaps in the drain which allow thirsty tree roots in. Over time, these will completely block the drain and will need removing.
